Since launching International Tax Navigator® in 1995, Windstar Technologies has sought out and built strong relationships with other organizations serving the same markets to provide increased functionality, added value, and ease of use to our joint customers. The effort continues today with Windstar offering significant capability in interfacing between International Tax Navigator® and ERP systems as well as other HR/payroll systems.
Oracle | PeopleSoft
Windstar has been a member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) since 1998. International Tax Navigator currently has a two-way interface with Oracle’s Human Resources Management System.
Windstar currently has a two-way interface between all PeopleSoft 8.x versions.

SunGard HE
Windstar's International Tax Navigator is integrated with SunGard HE’s
Banner HR so users can maintain control of international visitor information
with ease. With this new integration, employee records created in Banner HR
can be easily exported to Windstar’s International Tax Navigator to create
and update base individual records. Employees will have the same identification
number in both applications, allowing ease of record comparison and eliminating
double entry of demographic data. The interface allows export of year-to-date
earnings from Banner HR to Tax Navigator for 1042-S preparation, tax treaty
analysis, and import of results of tests from Tax Navigator to Banner HR to
create and update deductions for employees and values for citizenship status
and 1042-S recipient code.
